YOUR TASKS
Support the design and implementation of Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to measure marketing ROI and optimize channel performance.
Collect, clean, and integrate marketing and sales data from multiple sources (digital, CRM, media, retail).
Conduct statistical analysis and modelling (e.g., regression, adstock, saturation, decay).
Visualize and present analytical results in a clear and actionable way for business stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with marketing, finance, and analytics teams to translate results into recommendations.
Assist in automation of modelling workflows and reporting dashboards using Python or R.
Contribute to continuous improvement of modelling frameworks and data quality checks.
YOUR PROFILE
2-4 years of experience in Data Science, Econometrics, or Advanced Analytics.
Proven experience developing and maintaining Marketing Mix Models (MMM) at scale.
Strong proficiency in Python and/or R for data manipulation, modelling, and visualization.
Deep understanding of marketing metrics (ROI, CPx, media elasticity, saturation, adstock, etc.).
Experience working with marketing and sales data from sources such as Google, Meta, Salesforce, or Adobe.
Solid grasp of statistical modelling, Bayesian inference, and regression analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Nice-to-have:
Experience with Google Meridian, Robyn, or other MMM frameworks.
Knowledge of incrementality testing or attribution modelling.
Background in FMCG, retail, or media analytics.
