We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Solutions Architect to join our team at Growth Protocol. This role will involve designing AI-driven agentic workflows for enterprise clients, ensuring our AI solutions are tailored to business processes. You will work directly with business stakeholders to define workflow requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and coordinate with our engineering team to bring them to life. OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE
Lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise engagements and client deployments, including integration design, technical workflows scoping and AI model orchestration Partner with Business stakeholders, Data Scientists, Backend Engineers, and Product to deliver scalable, explainable, and reliable system integration Act as technical counterpart during client onboarding and proof-of-value (POV) phases, ensuring time-to-value and successful go-lives Collaborate with strategic consulting partners to align technical efforts with client business goals and outcomes Build reusable patterns, documentation, and internal playbooks to accelerate future deployments where applicable Communicate effectively with internal and external senior executives, advocating for the best AI workflow strategies while gathering feedback for continuous improvement Collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, adoption, and workflow optimization SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in technical consulting, AI/ML systems engineering, or enterprise architecture roles (startup experience is a plus) Experience deploying AI/ML workflows or intelligent applications (LLMs, RAG, forecasting, symbolic reasoning, etc.) Strong coding background in Python, familiarity with GCP, Docker, FastAPI, LangChain / LangGraph, Elasticsearch, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with both technical teams and enterprise stakeholders Experience with data pipelines and distributed systems in production environments Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to synthesize complex customer challenges into structured, repeatable processes Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience leading executive-level discussions and technical design meetings Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into structured technical requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure execution.
