We deliver sustainable innovations that elevate everyday products.As the **Senior Logistics Manager**, you will lead the North America logistics organization within our **Health & Biosciences Business Unit**, overseeing transportation and 3PL warehousing. This role is partially remote and can be located in Cedar Rapids, IA, Madison, WI, and is open to other IFF locations within the Health & Biosciences Unit.You will serve as the key logistics contact for the regional business unit leadership team and ensure operational excellence in transportation and warehousing execution.**Where You’ll Make a Difference*** Drive operational execution for transportation and 3PL warehousing across North America.* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in distribution operations.* Manage on-time delivery performance and open order execution.* Optimize finished product distribution expenses and forwarder management.* Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency.* Oversee 3PL inventory management programs and creation of new supply chains.* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure an exceptional customer experience.* Mentor, coach, and develop a team of logistics professionals, including coordinators and specialists.**What Makes You the Right Fit*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred).* Minimum 7 years of logistics management experience with advanced knowledge of warehousing and domestic transportation.* Proven people management experience with strong leadership skills.* Understanding of GMP requirements.* Experience in cold chain (refrigerated and frozen) warehousing and distribution.* Proficiency in SAP and TMS processes.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.* Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).* APICS or other supply chain certifications.* Experience in global logistics strategy development.* Demonstrated success in implementing innovative supply chain solutions.* Opportunity to lead logistics operations for a global leader in health and biosciences.* Collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diversity.* Professional development and career growth opportunities.* Competitive compensation and benefits package, including health, vision, dental, 401K with competitive company contribution, paternity leave, and other benefit programs.* Commitment to sustainability and innovation in supply chain practices.* Be part of a team that drives meaningful impact on products people use every day.We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
