We are seeking an experienced SAP System Engineer IV to manage and optimize SAP environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Basis administration, system upgrades, and cloud deployments, along with strong knowledge of database management and disaster recovery strategies. Key Responsibilities

Perform SAP system patching, upgrades, and kernel maintenance. Manage SAP HANA database administration and performance tuning. Implement disaster recovery plans, backup strategies, and high-availability configurations. Utilize SAP Solution Manager for system monitoring and change management. Administer and configure SAP Fiori applications (preferred). Support SAP deployments on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Ensure SAP security compliance, including user management and authorization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Document processes and maintain system architecture diagrams. Required Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on SAP Basis administration experience in enterprise environments. Proven expertise with S/4HANA system administration and HANA database management. 3+ years of experience with SAP Business Objects administration. 2+ years working with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) for system integrations. Extensive experience with SAP HANA Cockpit for monitoring and administration. Strong proficiency in SQL for database management and performance tuning. Knowledge of ITIL processes for change, incident, and problem management. Ability to work on-call or outside regular hours for system maintenance and emergency support. Preferred Qualifications

SAP Cloud Platform Integration certification or equivalent. Experience with SAP system migrations to cloud or hybrid environments. Familiarity with SAP NetWeaver and ABAP stack administration. Understanding of data archiving and storage optimization in SAP environments.
