Job Purpose / Summary:

This position is responsible for selling the full range of Real-World Evidence (RWE) services at CTI and will lead the identification and development of new opportunities for the RWE Organization. This includes a broad range of study types including Phase IIIb/IV studies as well as Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) projects.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for identifying, contacting and cultivating new clients and serving as a client manager for existing clients, specific to RWE. The ideal candidate will be able to proactively initiate RWE consultative discussions with key decision makers and influencers within pharma and biotechs to identify opportunities for CTI RWE. What You'll Do

Secure and maintain relationships with qualified targets and decision makers within biotech and pharma, uncovering potential sales opportunities and developing effective sales strategies

Proactively engage with targeted business development accounts to explain CTI offerings that align with customer's needs

Identify and initiate early discussions with clients specific to CTI’s RWE areas of focus and growth. These include, but not limited to: Post-Marketing Commitment studies, Phase IIIb/IV clinical studies, disease & drug registries, Natural History of Disease, LTFU, PASS, PAES, External Comparators, Decentralized studies, EMR only data collection studies, Early Access and extension programs, medical device & in vitro diagnostic studies, retrospective studies, HEOR & Medical Writing projects and secondary data analyses.

Work in collaboration with CTI's proposal team to deliver budgets and proposals, including providing key direction on proposal text and budget scope.

Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with key members of CTI's RWE operational management and proposal/contracting teams

Develop and implement specific RWE strategies to drive awareness, lead generation and opportunity identification

Attend conferences as a representative of CTI and meet with prospective clients also in attendance

Lead and participate in capabilities discussions, including leading the presentation, strategies, and follow-up efforts

Lead and participate in bid defense meetings, including leading the preparations, strategies, and follow-up efforts

Communicate with existing accounts and internal CTI representatives to ensure needs of accounts are being met

Present sales opportunities to management and work with internal departments/team members to close complex sales

Continuously monitor and update status of leads to ensure pipeline is maintained

Communicate all account activity to sales leaders/CTI executives and maintain updates in CTI's CRM system

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or physical/life science

At least 5 years RWE Consultative Selling experience (including account profiling, relationship development, needs assessment and account closing)

At least 5 years Clinical Research, CRO, Pharmaceutical, Biotech or related experience

Knowledge of RWE offerings and ability to engage in initial strategic discussions with clients.
