You’ll lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes that drive strategic decisions and long-term planning. This is a high-impact role that partners closely with business units and corporate functions to deliver insights, consolidate performance, and elevate Finance as a trusted business partner.**Minimum Qualifications:**5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or corporate financeAdvanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI/reporting toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a knack for distilling complex data into insightsExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levelsProven leadership experience, including coaching and developing team membersAbility to build strong relationships across functions and business units**Preferred Qualifications:**7+ years of experience in FP&A or Finance with increasing responsibilityManufacturing industry experienceExperience linking operational KPIs to financial outcomesFamiliarity with ERP and planning tools (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan)Experience leading finance transformation or continuous improvement initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
