We are currently seeking an experienced and talented full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team at our busy Greenwich and Stamford med spa locations.

As the Attune Med Spa Nurse Practitioner, you will oversee the client’s treatment journey & experience, ensuring each one is given the ultimate assessment to feel and look their best. Our nurses practice with integrity, significance, passion, and authenticity, with every facet of their work. We immerse our nurses in the world of medical aesthetics paired with integrative wellness, to facilitate ongoing training and development, and create a space for you to grow with Attune. To be successful in this role, you must have expert technical skills in delivering neurotoxin & filler injectables in all areas of the face, as well as high-level administrative abilities related to client consultations & charting. Our ideal candidate has an inherent understanding of professional hospitality, as well as a sales-oriented mindset and passion for both individual & team growth.

Job Qualifications

Active NP or APRN license, registered to Connecticut state, and currently in good standing

Minimum 1 year working in the med spa nurse role, with direct experience providing cosmetic injectable treatments

Experience using EMR software for med spa specific purposes

Preferred experience working with aesthetic lasers and/or IV infusions

Preferred experience with fast-paced and high client-volume work environments (ER, hospital, etc)

Ability to meet U.S. employment and eligibility work requirements

Job Responsibilities

Demonstrate expert knowledge of all Attune clinic services, technologies, products, and policies & procedures, and effectively communicate all aspects to clients and stakeholders

Analyze client needs with adept critical thinking, develop comprehensive treatment plans, implement strategic modifications when needed, and provide ongoing care with routinely follow-up assessments

Administer non-invasive injectable treatments, including but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, and IV Cocktails

Administer laser procedures including but not limited to Hair Removal, Treatment of Pigmented Lesions & Thread Veins, Facial & Body Rejuvenation, Acne, Resurfacing, Wrinkle Reduction, Deep Dermal Sun Damage, and Fine Lines

Complete treatments with given time limits to ensure clinic schedules are adhered, and effectively multi-task client care functions simultaneously & with other coworkers when needed

Demonstrate advanced written communication with all professional documentation, and impeccable verbal communication skills with all interactions, especially when providing clients clear & thorough instructions that ensure they are educated/comfortable and eager to return

Exhibit high-level computer and technical skills – including med spa equipment maintenance & troubleshooting, proficiency with online social media, and effective use of clinic EMR systems (experience with Meevo is preferred)

Coordinate with all internal departments to achieve minimum financial targets for individual sales revenue, including demonstrated success in cross-selling and upselling.

Achieve minimum target goals for new client acquisition, client retention, client rebooking, and client satisfaction

Build rapport with existing & potential clients by playing an active role in personal promotions, social media efforts, utilizing portfolios of work, and participating in spa marketing initiatives with coworkers for business development

Showcase a lifelong learning by completing advanced training courses, and attending conferences to stay current with new procedures and technology

Establish yourself as an industry leader, mentor/train junior staff when necessary, and collaborate with management to enhance business reputation through strategic feedback on process improvements

Maintain confidential files of clients in accordance with HIPPA laws, while ensuring all client charting is accurate, current, and compliant

Always practice punctuality & professional accountability with the utmost respect for client schedules, and exhibit overall reliability by accommodating unique client requests whenever able

Assist in certain administrative aspects such as confirming invoice details for correct client billing, and maintaining consumable treatment or retail inventory, etc.

Annual salary potential: $100,000 - $200,000
