This position plays a central role in coordinating subcontractors, managing field logistics, enforcing safety protocols, and delivering high-quality renovation work on time and within budget. Collaborates with and aids the Project Manager with scheduling. The Superintendent ensures alignment between construction and property operations while maintaining strong communication with vendors, internal stakeholders, and contractors.# What You'll DoBelow is a snapshot of what this role is all about. We offer competitive compensation plans, 401(k) matching, and paid time off, including sick days and volunteer time off (VTO) to support causes that matter to you.# What You'll Need***Education and Certifications**** High School Diploma (required)* First Aid and CPR Certification (preferred)* OSHA Certification (preferred)* A valid driver's license is required***Experience**** 3–5 years of experience in multifamily renovation and large capital projects* Experience with scheduling tools, gantt charts, etc.***Skills and Competencies**** Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and properties simultaneously* Strong knowledge of interior renovations, capital project execution and safety regulations* Familiarity with building codes and renovation best practices* Skilled in coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries* Excellent quality control and schedule management abilities* Excellent written and verbal communication* Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills* Proficient in reading construction plans, specifications, documentation and reporting tools* Flexible and willing to travel to job sites as needed* Commitment to safety, schedule adherence, and quality workmanship# Join Our Team!#LI-RYANEstimated Rate of Pay:$88,745.10 - $93,115.45This position is exempt; the range above reflects annual salary.The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity\*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements: * Paid time off, paid holidays and sick days, paid time off for volunteering activities (optional)* Matched 401(k)* Medical, dental & vision insurance* Flexible spending account* Life insurance\* Pay range is a calculation based on a midpoint price. Fairfield complies with all wage and hour laws, including minimum wage and salary exempt requirements.
