Compensation & Benefits
$120,000$155,000 base salary 20% production bonuses with no negative accrual 3 weeks Paid time off Robust CE program + annual CE allowance 401(k) with generous company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid VMA dues, DEA and state license fees VIN membership AVMA PLIT liability coverage Complimentary life insurance & short-term disability
