Job Title: Managing Partner (Hospitality Hero)

The Managing Partner is responsible for the day-to-day management of the restaurant, including teaching, training, and leading all Team Members during each shift. Responsibilities include: Coaching, counseling, and developing Team Members. Maximizing sales and profitability. Controlling expenses and meeting budgetary constraints. Handling guest complaints. Ensuring sanitation, safety, and food quality. Modeling the behavior expected of a leader. Minimum Qualifications (with or without accommodation)
High School Diploma or High School equivalency required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 3+ years of restaurant management experience. Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Manager food safety certification or any other food/alcohol certification, as required by state law. Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds. Good hearing for safety and accurate communication. Must be able to read, write, and speak in English. Must have reliable transportation. Responsibilities
Being strong brand stewards and ensuring each guest receives excellent service. Successfully implementing the company’s strategic vision and plans. Developing a strong and motivated team through recruitment and training. Proper staffing of the restaurant departments through adherence to brand standard training programs. Leading the Management team through coaching and adherence to brand standards. Executing positive financial results, including meeting sales goals and optimizing P&L. Becoming a pillar of the community through strong local marketing efforts. Ensuring that restaurant facilities meet brand standards. Abiding by food safety practices and liquor service laws.
