Adjunct Professor - MLP Sonography Program

Overview Provide didactic instruction to students in the Sonography Program at Machon L'Parnasa. Responsibilities Teach courses within the Sonography curriculum that coordinates with clinical experience. Develop course objectives, lesson plans, curriculum, and syllabus. Design, prepare, and develop teaching material that conforms to the AIUM, SDMS, and JRCDMS guidelines regarding sonography education. Instruct and evaluate students and report progress, utilizing Touro instructional tools (i.e., Canvas, etc.). Cooperate and participate in periodic review and revision of course material and program materials. Maintain appropriate expertise and competencies through continuing professional development. Qualifications Education/Experience Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent related experience. Master's Degree preferred. Teaching experience

For sonography specific courses, RDMS certification required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Familiarity with online learning platforms including Banner, Canvas, Blackboard, and Adobe Connect. A high degree of interpersonal competency: professionalism, diplomacy, judgment, and discretion. Demonstrated ability to develop positive and cooperative relationships with students, faculty, and colleagues. Demonstrated proficiency in communication (written and verbal). Salary Information Maximum Salary: USD $4,200.00/Sem Minimum Salary: USD $3,000.00/Sem
