Lead Installer (Tier III)
to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire window and door installation process, from pre-arrival planning to project completion, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring expert installation skills, strong accountability, and a proactive attitude. Customer Liaison:
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations. Payment Collection:
Collect final payments from customers upon project completion. Project Oversight:
Conduct pre-walks and pre-measurements, ensuring accurate project planning and execution. Installation Expertise:
Perform routine to complex window and door installations, ensuring all units are level, plumb, and square. Modify existing openings as needed. Finishing Touches:
Apply exterior/interior finish trim and caulking to ensure a polished, professional appearance. Jobsite Management:
Prepare and maintain a clean jobsite, oversee trash disposal, and clean trailers. Customer Satisfaction:
Conduct post-installation walk-throughs with customers, document any warranty or installation issues, and ensure satisfaction. Team Leadership:
Coach, guide, and train crew members while maintaining sufficient project progress and meeting deadlines. Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of window installation and remodeling experience, with proven expertise in managing complex installations. Technical Skills:
Proficiency with hand and power tools and the ability to modify existing window and door openings. Physical Ability:
Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and handle the physical demands of the job. Customer Service:
Strong customer service and communication skills, with a professional demeanor and positive attitude. Leadership Skills:
Effective time management and the ability to lead and motivate a team of installers. Self-Motivator:
Highly proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability. Driver's License:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Technology Proficiency:
