Warehouse Associate

Power-Flo Technologies is now hiring a full-time warehouse associate to join our Garden City Park team. We are the premier provider of supplies, services, and solutions—housing electrical, HVAC, and plumbing supplies. Full-Time. Monday - Friday. 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM. Salary Range: $16.50 - $20/hour. Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision plans, PTO Program, Paid Holidays, 401K.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic warehouse work including removing sold parts from stock, placing received parts on shelves, processing items for shipment, receiving, driving (as needed), and organizing.
• Pull and stage orders for shipment.
• Organize inventory cycle count.
• Maintain a clean driver’s license to operate company vehicles.
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and occasionally operate delivery vehicle (box trucks and vans).
• Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver orders (as needed).

Requirements

• Current, valid, and clean NYS driver’s license (7 years clean driving record) to operate company vehicles as needed (no CDL required).
• 1+ years of warehouse experience required.
• Experience with cycle counting, consolidation, and inventory management.
• Ability to obtain & maintain DOT certification.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and push or pull over 100 pounds.
• Ability to follow processes, procedures, and policies.
• Ability to work well independently and on a team, have a great attitude, and be willing to learn.
• Ability to communicate in verbal and written functional English skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Experience with UPS, DHL, and/or FedEx a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
