As a Salesforce System Integrator, we collaborate closely with Salesforce to drive digital transformation for our clients. We are looking for a VP of Sales - Salesforce to lead our Salesforce partner strategy, strengthen relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic collaboration. Job Summary: SoftClouds is seeking a talented Vice President (VP) of Sales to drive business results by producing a well-managed, profitable, and growing book of business opportunities. The VP of Sales will lead, mentor, and collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic opportunities with new and existing clients, fostering long-term relationships and achieving revenue targets. Lead and negotiate strategic opportunities with both new and existing clients to create and sustain a diverse business book. Target, develop, and maintain key relationships with buyers and influencers across multiple client accounts. Work closely with practice leaders to pursue new business opportunities across diverse, targeted accounts. Collaborate with clients to build and maintain a strong pipeline and secure new Master Service Agreements (MSAs). Bring deep knowledge of and relationships within the Manufacturing and Automotive industries. Responsible for driving $4-6 million+ in annual revenue and meeting quarterly sales targets. Manage client or account-specific pipeline and sales forecasting. Mentor and collaborate with other sales professionals across various SoftClouds/UnfoldLabs markets. Leverage SoftClouds sales tools to drive accurate forecasting and collaboration with Account and Practice leaders. Host or facilitate marketing events to foster relationships and drive sales. Deep knowledge of Salesforce product offerings and competitive landscape to create solution proposals that address client needs. Primarily responsible for field sales, specializing in the MAE (Manufacturing, Automotive, and Engineering) industry. Work directly with Account Executives (AEs) and Sales leadership at Salesforce to handle inbound cooperation requests, identify opportunities, and close new deals. Engage directly with clients for post-implementation managed services in collaboration with AE & Sales leadership teams. Build and nurture Salesforce channel sales relationships to foster collaboration and growth. Guide and mentor the sales team on complex sales cycles, proposal processes, and best practices. Occasional travel required to identify and develop sales opportunities. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in account management and consulting services sales. Proven track record in selling professional services, digital transformation, or cloud-based solutions. Experience in selling the Salesforce solution to the Manufacturing and Automotive industries is required. Deep understanding of Salesforce’s technology solutions and the Salesforce Partner Ecosystem. Expertise in Salesforce products, their offerings, and competitive landscape. Passion for sales and technology, with an ability to understand organizational needs and recommend value-driven solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to lead and build high-performing teams. Skilled at leading teams through complex technology solution sales. Proven success in building relationships with CXOs and business decision-makers. Experience with budget management and project oversight. Education: Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or related field. Why Join Us?
