Qualifications
We are seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our team. This individual is highly motivated, responsible, and ready to grow with our architectural design team. Applicants should have a degree in architecture from an accredited program and a minimum of 5 years experience in architecture. Responsibilities
CAD production Red lining plans Reviewing and handling submittals Working with a project team Managing schedules and budgets Proficiency with ArchiCad and Adobe Creative Suite programs is required Proficiency in 3D modeling programs is a plus Project management of multiple projects at a time Details Compensation
The starting pay for this position is $75,000+. The actual salary offer will be carefully considered based on a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, 401(k), and continuing education reimbursement. Schedule
Monday thru Friday with two (2) "off-Friday's" per month Work Location
