Purpose of the Job Please note this role is a 4-6 month contract*.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient execution of our marketing programs, focusing on timeline management, asset control, and financial governance. Your work will involve close collaboration with operations, product, and retail teams to manage the key milestones for major product campaigns and logistical operations. We are seeking someone that is passionate about process management, possess excellent problem‑solving skills, and is driven to establish operational best practices. You will be supporting product launch logistics, budget planning and brand performance across products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Asset Management

Uploading and managing all launch‑related assets within designated Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.

Financial Administration

Assisting with annual budget planning for assigned business areas.

Coordinating closely with marketing managers on forecasting, commitments, approval processes and budget tracking.

Initiating all purchase order requests and internal budget transfers.

Performance Tracking

Coordinating with sales, insights, and finance teams to provide monthly and quarterly performance reporting.

Analyzing spending data to support data‑driven business decisions.

Project Management

Managing the planning, ordering, and shipping of non‑commercial units for retail merchandising, influencer seeding, and marketing campaigns.

Managing and keeping the team on track with all key milestones and work‑back schedules for launch, feature drops, key moments and major campaigns.

Managing ad hoc projects or offsite planning, as needed.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

3-5 years of work experience

Organized project manager with extreme attention to detail

Proven ability to manage financial planning, budget tracking, and PO requests

Track record of process improvement, project management and executions

Proficient in G Suite, Smartsheets, and budget management tools

Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills with a structured thinking

Excellent stakeholder management & influencing skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation For California applicants: The salary range for this position is $115,00 to $125,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications and work location. This range may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus targets, benefits and/or other applicable incentives.
