Job Details Location: Central Administration office, hybrid/remote after training. Typical hours Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM. Salary range $92,144.00–$138,216.00 per year.
Responsibilities
Fulfill requests for healthcare information from a variety of sources and present the information in a logical and easy‑to‑understand format.
Research data patterns and trends, assess data quality, and develop presentation methods using a variety of software tools.
Conduct ongoing data collection of health information obtained from a variety of sources.
Research and evaluate requests for data and reports that support clinical and operational performance improvement.
Interpret and summarise data in preparation for generation of statistical and analytical reports.
Effectively present reports or data information so it’s easily understandable.
Collaborate with clinicians, managers, and executives to define key metrics and performance indicators that align with organisational goals.
Partner with Data Analytics Manager and stakeholders to implement data governance standards and ensure compliance with HIPAA and organisational policies.
Leverage reporting tools, SQL, Tableau and other tools to transform data into actionable insights while ensuring data quality, accuracy and integrity.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare data analytics or a related field; experience in a large, multi‑specialty healthcare organisation is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science is strongly preferred.
Certifications with Epic Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle and Revenue Cycle required; proficiency with Epic Slicer/Dicer.
Advanced skills with Tableau required; Power BI experience preferred.
Experience with Crystal Reports, ETL processes, SQL Server and other BI reporting tools desirable.
Ability to analyse, interpret, and present complex data to non‑technical audiences.
Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated ability to initiate, work independently, multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
Excellent organisational, communication, problem‑solving skills and work ethic.
Positive attitude and desire to be a team player.
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, physicians and other team members.
