Position Summary This is a temp to hire position. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Manager to serve as a hands‑on generalist and partner to our employees and leadership team. This role is the backbone of our day‑to‑day people operations, ensuring legal compliance, professional employee relations, and continuous improvement of our core HR processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, startup environment and possesses strong employee relations and coaching skills.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting: Manage the full‑cycle recruiting process for assigned departments, including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments. Prepare and issue offer letters and pre‑employment paperwork.

HR Operations and Compliance: Own and manage core HR processes, including onboarding, off‑boarding, benefits enrollment, leave of absence (LOA) management (FMLA, PDL, etc.), and immigration support. Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (e.g., wage and hour, EEO, OSHA). Maintain accurate and compliant employee data records, utilizing the HR systems (e.g., BambooHR, TriNet). Partner with our PEO provider, TriNet. Maintain the Quality Management System ensuring all documents are up to date for employee files. Partner with Finance to ensure budget alignment as well as accurate and timely processing for all employee changes and adjustments. Assist with mandatory government reporting and audits.

Compensation & Benefits: Support annual compensation review process to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Assist with employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.), acting as a liaison between employees and the PEO (TriNet). Manage annual open enrollment process and new hire benefit enrollment.

Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for managers and employees regarding workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution. Coach managers on effectively addressing performance issues, implementing corrective action, and handling difficult conversations in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.

International and Cross‑Cultural HR Operations: Support ProSomnus's International team in Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, the UK, and Belgium. Integrate requirements for international PEO operations where applicable.

Requirements

Experience: 7+ years in HR, with demonstrated leadership. Experience in medical device or manufacturing industries is highly preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s degree required, PHR or SHRM certification is a plus.

Skills: Broad HR expertise, international experience (preferably in Europe), strong executive presence, and strategic acumen.

Travel: Willingness to travel as needed.

Onsite: Willingness to be onsite 5 days a week.
