We are looking for a Traveling Superintendent who brings strong field leadership and proven experience building clean rooms. This experience is required for this role. The right person will be confident running complex technical projects, coordinating field teams, communicating clearly with all partners, and keeping safety and quality at the highest standard. You must currently live in the Dallas Fort Worth area since this is your home base for work and travel. You will represent Uprite Construction while traveling to multiple cities in Texas including Houston and at times additional locations when required.
What You'll Do:
Lead field operations from early mobilization to project closeout
Maintain a safe, clean, and controlled work environment that meets strict clean room standards
Work closely with project managers, trade partners, engineers, and facility teams
Review drawings, specifications, and installation requirements to maintain precision and compliance
Run daily planning meetings, progress reviews, and schedule updates
Inspect ongoing work and verify quality, sequencing, and cleanliness protocols
Build strong relationships with trade partners while holding all parties accountable
Prepare daily field reports, site photos, and updates for leadership and clients
Manage manpower planning, deliveries, site logistics, temporary controls, and closeout needs
What You'll Bring:
Proven superintendent experience in clean room construction
Must currently live in the Dallas Fort Worth area
Strong understanding of controlled environments, air filtration, material handling, and gowning requirements
Ability to lead crews with clarity, respect, and confidence
Organized, proactive, steady in communication, and calm under pressure
Willing and able to travel throughout Texas as part of normal work duties
High personal standards for safety, quality, and professionalism
Comfortable working with fast paced schedules and technical requirements
Travel expectations This is a traveling role. You will visit and lead projects in Dallas Fort Worth and also travel to Houston or other Texas cities based on project needs. Lodging and travel details will follow company policy.
