Overview

We are looking for a driven, creative, and energetic Manager, Reporting - Enterprise & Wholesale to join our growing team. In this role, you will report directly to the Director, Sales Operations. You will have experience in data and financial analysis, in the telecom industry, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce. You will be responsible for a broad range of planning, financial modeling and analytical reporting for the Brightspeed Enterprise and Wholesale team, including weekly/monthly/quarterly metric and financial reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reviews. You will work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines and strong communication and interpersonal skills to enable the business to meet strategic objectives. You will produce tools to achieve measurable business results through analysis enabling the Enterprise & Wholesale teams to drive and implement changes necessary to meet strategic objectives. Responsibilities

Interact with stakeholders to identify needs, deliverables, reports, dashboards, opportunities, and gaps; solve data problems to ensure quality, efficient outcomes and to produce views of results, performance, and trends Understand key data and processes; analyze customers and product portfolios for both Enterprise and Wholesale Implement methods and procedures for monitoring projects and results to inform management Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and identify opportunities to leverage these trends to drive business value Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration) required; Master’s degree preferred 10+ years of experience in data analytics or a reporting role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive insights Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels Ability to create interactive graphics and multimedia presentations for various regional activities Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Self-starter who can work independently and manage a small team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and Salesforce with experience in SQL and other data querying languages Expertise in advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and graphing to streamline business processes Experience and Diversity
