A Day in the Life The Software Developer III is a full‑stack developer supporting web portals, reporting, and information management for one of our subsidiaries. Work spans legacy and modern tech stacks, advancing continuous improvement and meeting evolving business and customer demands.
Duties and Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain full‑stack business applications using .NET, C#, and PHP, supporting both back‑end and front‑end development.
Lead projects from gathering technical requirements to designing scalable, secure, and high‑performing solutions that drive business value.
Review code, champion quality, and promote SDLC best practices for logging, testing, and documentation.
Collaborate across teams to modernize legacy applications while continuously delivering new features and enhancements.
Use AI‑assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate coding, refactoring, and problem solving, and share insights with the team.
Own production support, troubleshoot issues, and lead root‑cause analysis to maintain system stability, reliability, and performance.
