The Opportunity to Make an Impact We are an ambitious, quickly expanding team looking for a Copywriter that can help us compete on a global scale. You are a Copywriter with the ability to craft ads that make a tangible impact on massive global brands and high-profile social causes. This is an opportunity to write and develop award‑winning, impactful, and meaningful campaigns alongside a talented and growing team.

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

Location: Expectation to work from one of our offices (DC, NY, Chi, SF or LA) at least 3x a week

You Bring

A portfolio with creative advertising examples that demonstrates a range of writing for various clients across multiple channels and styles, including TV, TVC, social, OOH, digital, and everything in between.

5-7 years of creative copywriting experience, preferably at an advertising agency

Comfortable working with and without an art partner.

Experience writing multi‑channel ads for brand reputation, corporate social responsibility, public affairs, and/or issue advocacy campaigns

Ability to work on multiple clients and projects simultaneously; can quickly deliver smart, strategic ad copy across a range of clients and channels.

Fluency in advertising across digital and traditional channels, including advertising across social media platforms, television, OLV and other channels

Exceptional communication skills, and the ability to sell your ideas to other team members.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Develop conceptual ad campaigns designed to deliver measurable results on global brands and major issue advocacy clients

Produce attention‑grabbing, persuasive copy, including video scripts, social media assets, headlines, and more, while consistently adjusting tone for diverse channels

Partner closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure that creative output directly addresses campaign objectives

Be able to work on multiple clients simultaneously. Developing and refining messaging across all media, including TV, digital, social, activations, and out‑of‑home (OOH)

Prepare and pitch creative concepts to internal teams, articulating and defending your ideas

Stay on top of cultural, social, and industry trends to maintain the relevance and impact of creative ideas
