Director of Information Services District-wide position with office located at the Education Service Center.
Job level 5 ($91,705 to $109,404 annual salary) based on the current terms and conditions salary schedule; negotiations for the 2025-26 school year are pending.
8.5 hours per day, which includes eight hours of paid work time plus 30 minutes of unpaid lunch time, 52 weeks per year.
Job Summary The Director of Information Services develops and implements strategies for information systems integrations, access and identity management, maintenance and upkeep, and supervises daily operations.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Ensure excellence in the customer experience with information systems for our stakeholders.
Lead the development of strategies around data integrations, user provisioning, and access management across a broad range of systems.
Collaborate with various departments around information systems use and information and data security.
Develop and supervise employees involved in information systems management.
Specialized Programming Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high quality integration solutions using SQL development tools, scripts, and API protocols.
Analyze existing integration solutions for performance improvements.
Qualifications Preferred Education and/or Experience
BS in computer science or information systems management.
Experience as a SQL Developer or similar role.
IT Project management experience required.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Experience with educational technology applications is preferred, e.g., Skyward and Infinite Campus.
