A respected engineering consulting firm is seeking a Mechanical Designer to contribute to high-performance building projects in Oregon. You will play a key role in designing HVAC and plumbing systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering innovative solutions.
Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Designing HVAC and plumbing systems for healthcare and education facilities.
Performing load calculations, equipment selection, and layout of ductwork and piping.
Coordinating with architects and other engineering disciplines for integrated design.
Qualifications
4+ years of mechanical design experience, preferably in healthcare or education sectors.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, familiarity with energy modeling tools is a plus.
Strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems design principles.
