Key Responsibilities
Meet with customers to inspect and photograph all damages.
Develop/write an estimate to include all construction services required to restore the structure and ensure customer and client satisfaction (e.g., ITEL, material reports, engineering reports).
Document all communications and all follow‑up communications with customers and clients.
Communicate with adjusters and clients when needed for project approvals or authorizations.
Ensure estimate complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work.
Ensure proper documentation of each project including photos.
Assist Project Construction Manager when needed for scope or explanation of scope.
Follow the claim from inspection to close for documentation and all communications.
Position Requirements
High school diploma/GED
Previous construction experience Preferred
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
Effective written and oral communication skills
Two years of Xactimate experience, including sketch (Required)
Proactive follow‑up and communication skills
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of time (e.g., driving, sitting, climbing)
Ability to climb ladders for inspections and photos
Exposure to noise levels at jobsites that can be loud
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
