Location: Annapolis, MD
Pay: $51.00/hr – $65.00/hr (or $51–65 per visit)
Overview Join Aquacare PT PLUS, a forward‑thinking outpatient model delivering high‑quality rehab directly into patients’ homes, parks, and community settings. As a Physical Therapist, you’ll enjoy 1‑on‑1 care, lower caseloads, and the freedom to manage your own schedule while making a meaningful impact on patients’ lives.
Responsibilities
Deliver 1‑on‑1 physical therapy sessions (60 minutes) to patients in homes, communities, fitness centers, and other settings.
Provide personalized care with lower daily caseloads.
Work across dynamic environments, ensuring quality care and patient satisfaction.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow value‑based care practices.
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist in or authorized to practice in Maryland.
Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred.
Strong desire for fewer daily visits and deeper patient connections.
Value autonomy, flexibility, and a mission‑driven work environment.
