Job Overview RF Hardware Engineer at Integration Innovation, Inc. supporting the Naval Research Laboratory, Tactical Electronic Warfare Division (TEWD). The TEWD mission is to protect the warfighter by advancing electronic warfare through RDT&E of current and future technologies. RF Hardware Engineers design and analyze RF components and circuit assemblies for radar systems.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, integrate, and test RF subsystems in seekers for threat simulators.

Perform analysis of emerging RF seeker threats and report findings to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

BS or MS degree in electrical engineering, physics, or related field.

Minimum two (2) years of experience.

Experience with RF circuit board design and layout (Altium, Expedition, etc.).

Modeling and simulation of RF circuits using industry standard simulators (LTSpice, etc.).

Working knowledge of transmission lines and their application to RF propagation modes (stripline/microstrip antennas, etc.).

RF test and evaluation using laboratory equipment (e.g., Keysight ADS, spectrum analyzer).

Desired Qualifications

Five (5) years of experience.

Knowledge of digital signal processing in radar applications.

Knowledge of RF antennas and beamforming networks.

Experience with RF front‑end design (e.g., antenna design).

Security Clearance

Active Secret clearance; ability to maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Physical Demands

Requires frequent talking or hearing; regularly standing, walking, handling or feeling, reaching with hands and arms.

Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; lift up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 25 pounds.

Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, focus adjustment.

Regular hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Monday–Friday; additional hours may be required.
