Senior Product Manager
Kodiak Robotics, Inc. was founded in 2018 and has become a leader in autonomous ground transportation committed to a safer and more efficient future for all. The company has developed an AI‑powered technology stack purpose‑built for commercial trucking and the public sector. Kodiak is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to drive the development of our Level 4 autonomous trucking solutions across different customer applications. In this role you will be the directly responsible individual for the full product lifecycle for your area of responsibility, requiring technical depth in autonomous systems, product sensibility, business acumen and cross‑functional leadership with a strong focus on customer‑centric deployment.
Responsibilities
Execution: work with end users and cross‑functional teams (engineering, program management, operations, commercial) to drive the end‑to‑end process from needs identification to feature implementation, removing blockers to ensure the product is deployed successfully.
Prioritization: prioritize features and adjust for changes in Kodiak’s commercial and competitive context.
Product definition: define requirements to meet end user needs and work closely with engineering to build the right product.
Performance monitoring: define and track KPIs, assess product readiness, and communicate progress to customers.
User feedback: act as the primary voice of the product and end user, working closely with customers to gain trust and channel feedback to internal teams.
Communication: provide clear updates to leadership, customers, and teams on program progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
Travel: 25 % travel required to visit Kodiak commercial deployments.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in autonomous vehicles, robotics, operations management, supply chain management, and/or logistics.
Passion for working with cross‑functional teams to solve technical problems and create effective solutions.
Comfortable leading strategy and execution amid ambiguity and a dynamic market.
Experience building credibility and strong relationships within engineering, operations and external stakeholders.
Technical degree or equivalent background in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
