The Role:
As a Care Pathway (CP) Lead - Neurology, you will be the overall accountable leader for the success of one or more of our care pathways from pilot through early access. You are entrepreneurial and can dive into clinical workflows, uncover challenges, recommend technology-based solutions in the Viz app, engage clinical stakeholders and drive change management to promote adoption of the technology. You are responsible for delivering and demonstrating the overall impact of the care pathway on patient outcomes to our customers and users.
Responsibilities
Report directly to the Sr. Director of Clinical.
Lead the Care Pathway (CP) Program for Neurology.
Be the accountable CP leader and expert for the overall success of the CP, advocating for the CP when execution requires shared resources and being involved in all key activities.
Escalate issues as needed and drive reporting and visibility within Viz to the sponsoring executive.
Quarantine across CP workstreams, driving structure, cadences, and accountability.
Design the operations for, lead and drive collaboration for a cross-functional team for the overall Care Pathway Program.
Serve as the voice of the healthcare provider and clinical teams to build care pathways that close existing gaps.
Maintain strong relationships with Life Science and hospital customers, internal cross-functional teams, and clinical champions at the Care Pathway Sites.
Serve as the Neurology Care Pathway expert internally and externally; lead interactions with stakeholders (e.g., life science partners, key opinion leaders, advisory boards, patient advocacy groups) and with internal stakeholders (e.g., Account Executive, New Markets, Product Management, Clinical, Global Medical Affairs, Marketing, Health Economics).
Lead communication of program/project status, changes and risks to meet OKRs and SOW milestones.
Use business acumen to manage the cost of the overall project against value, identify opportunities to reduce costs, increase efficiencies and ROI, with profit expansion with life sciences partners.

We are looking for:
Preferred 15+ years of experience leading high-priority initiatives focused on program delivery to improve clinical care. Experience in medical device, product, clinical, clinical research or biotech development with team leadership experience.
Strong understanding of Neurology and current clinical, operational, and economic challenges with ability to innovate in clinical development and program design.
Ability to influence behavior and adoption of new care pathways through engagement of healthcare providers, care teams, life science customers and presenting relevant evidence to decision-makers.
Ability to interpret, discuss and present program-level data to drive product, user experience, engagement and adoption improvements.
Awareness of variations in care delivery models, clinical trial design, regulatory/clinical development processes and cross-functional support needs.
AI native: using AI in both personal and professional contexts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with senior management and executive-level presentations; ability to establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
Proven track record leading across cross-functional teams and the ability to influence without direct authority.
Strong interpersonal skills and credibility to drive change and collaboration.
Ability to travel up to 30–50% of the time.

Base salary ranges:
Tier 1 (San Francisco/North Bay Area/Silicon Valley): $184,000 - $216,000
Tier 2 (Greater NYC/NJ/CT Metro/Seattle/CA East Bay): $175,500 - $206,000
Other Tiers (Tier 3-5): $151,000 - $196,000
Total compensation includes base salary + variable + options (equity)
