We are seeking a

Solution Architect

with expertise in Microsoft low-code and Copilot solutions.

You will play a critical role in designing and delivering agentic solutions that leverage Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio to meet client needs. This role involves pre‑sales support, solution design, delivery oversight, and practice enablement. Responsibilities

Support pre‑sales activities involving Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot‑based solutions

Analyze client business requirements and develop architectures aligned with Microsoft best practices

Contribute to RFI/RFP responses with value‑driven solution designs and implementation plans

Design low‑code agentic solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 services, and Dataverse

Lead technical design sessions and guide implementation teams to ensure scalability and compliance

Create proof of concept or minimum viable products to validate architectural approaches

Provide architecture oversight and governance for successful delivery

Collaborate with business stakeholders, UX, and engineering teams to enhance user adoption

Co‑lead the Modern Work and Power Platform expert community within the Microsoft Competency Center

Share architectural insights and reusable assets to accelerate innovation

Mentor engineers and consultants to build organizational capability in low‑code solutions

Develop solution offerings and delivery accelerators focused on agentic solutions

Contribute to practice enablement initiatives to expand AI‑driven competencies

Collaborate with Microsoft teams to align offerings with roadmap and co‑sell opportunities

Requirements

Advanced skills in at least two of the following: Copilot Studio, Microsoft Teams Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate

Knowledge of prompt engineering and grounding techniques for Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot

Intermediate skills in Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, and Entra ID concepts

Familiarity with Azure services, DevOps practices, and software development lifecycle

Experience with application and data integration including APIs and OAuth

Advanced proficiency in English (B2+/C1)

Nice to have

Understanding of AI agent architectures and orchestration frameworks including MCP

Experience with Microsoft Search, Graph Connectors, and Azure OpenAI for data retrieval and integration

Skills in data modeling within Dataverse including security and managed solutions

Practitioner knowledge of adoption and change management methodologies such as PROSCI ADKAR

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Security Services
