Budget Analyst

Summary Performs budgeting, financial tracking, analysis, forecasting, and fund execution support across APN, O&MN, RDT&E, FMS, and WCF accounts. Processes funding documents, reconciles accounts, compiles financial reports, evaluates budget requests, maintains financial data, and supports compliance with DoD financial regulations.
Responsibilities
Monitor, reconcile, and report on budget obligations and expenditures.
Support development of financial forecasts and spend plans.
Prepare budget documentation and metrics for leadership review.
Maintain financial data in Navy ERP and local business tools.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
2+ years of federal budgeting or financial management experience.
Knowledge of DoD appropriations and Navy ERP systems.
Strong Excel and data reconciliation skills.
Must possess an active Secret Clearance - Required
