Store Manager – Houston, TX
Location: 8040 South Loop E, Houston, Texas 77017 · Salary: $84,465–$148,559 annually.
Job Overview As Circle K’s Store Manager, you will lead store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, visual merchandising, and financial performance. You will recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing team, maintain a safe and compliant environment, and build strong relationships with suppliers and the local community.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, hire, and train store employees, fostering a customer‑focused culture.
Maintain store appearance, inventory control, and merchandising standards.
Schedule staff and manage labor costs in line with company guidelines.
Analyze sales and P&L data to maximize profit and achieve financial targets.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Build positive relationships with suppliers and community stakeholders.
Provide ongoing performance feedback and conduct regular appraisals.
Handle customer complaints and promote a safe, positive public image.
Prepare required reports, manage cash, and safeguard store funds.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years retail management experience, preferably in convenience or quick‑service retail.
Strong leadership and training skills.
Proficient computer skills (inventory, reporting, cash management).
Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation.
Excellent oral and written communication in English.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
