Advisor on best practices driving more efficient ways to optimize systems and processes
Lead the development, administration, and maintenance of the Sales and Service Cloud platforms including workflow management, user management, case management, security settings, and data integrity
Identify inefficiencies within the Sales and Service Cloud platforms, focusing on process improvement, enhancements, and cleanup
Build and support organization via ongoing development using coding languages
Play a key role in the integration and management of 3rd party systems connected to salesforce, including finance, sales, marketing, and service oriented tools, as well as Mulesoft and Zapier
Partner with IT and Product Development teams to create and maintain system integrations to maximize Salesforce as a central source of truth
Develop reports and dashboards to monitor service performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Streamline case management process while providing support and training for Customer Support team
Collaborate with the service and support stakeholders to gather requirements and implement customizations to enhance Service Cloud functionalities
Demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to translate technical requirements to business stakeholders
Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, updates, features and recommend best practices for optimal system performance
Actively participate in team meetings and be a part of planning and design sessions with the internal and external stakeholders
Prepare user training materials and conduct periodic training sessions
Qualifications
6+ years of Salesforce Administration experience including valid Advanced Level certification(s)
4+ years of Salesforce Billing, Sales, CPQ, Marketing, and/or Service Cloud experience
Proficiency in configuring and customizing Salesforce financial applications, including Financial Management, Revenue Management, Renewals, and Billing
Experience with Salesforce development languages including SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Lightning web components
Strong reporting background using standard Salesforce Lightning reports and Dashboards
Experience building flows, dynamic pages, validation rules, and managing 3rd party integrations including RightRev, Netsuite, or similar financial applications
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and functionality (CPQ, custom objects, flow builder, CRM Analytics, Communities, data structures, etc.)
Experience working in a scrum environment and managing sprints and stories effectively
