Software Engineer II – Amazon Connect Deployment
Attadale Partners, LLC is seeking to fill multiple Software Engineering II roles (2‑4 years of experience) to join our team serving successful organizations and government agencies. As a management consulting firm, we are always looking for talented individuals to help improve our clients’ businesses through technology. We have an opportunity to lead enterprise contact center transformation from legacy to modern AWS Connect and Lex powered architecture.
In this role, you will be embedded in cross‑functional teams with business leaders, senior engineers, and ML engineers to transform legacy business communications, data collection and analysis reporting. You will also support existing systems to ensure performance during the transition period. This role can be remote or hybrid (Chicago) and is open to applicants already with the authority to work in the US. Sponsorship for new or transferred H‑1B work visas is not available.
Base Pay Range $65,000.00/yr – $105,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, deploy, and test customer contact pipelines within Amazon Connect.
Work with cross‑functional teams to modernize telephony systems infrastructure.
Support legacy systems to maintain performance during transition period.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and design technical solutions.
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in software engineering.
Experience with Typescript/JavaScript, AWS Connect, AWS Lex, AWS Lambda, and cloud deployment to AWS.
Full stack experience (ASP.NET Core 3.x/4.x, ASP.NET Web Forms, Entity Framework, SQL Server 2008+, Visual Basic, CSS, C#) is a plus.
Experience in Agile Scrum or traditional Agile sprint environments.
Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
Amazon certifications are encouraged.
