Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Clinical team (Robotics Clinical Specialist) in the region.

Drive “Best in Class” account Implementation, seamless transition, and support for all Robotic accounts within the assigned geography.

Organize training of SNN coverage staff and surgeons, and coordinate marketing activities for new accounts.

Showcase clinical and technical expertise behind CORI and related technique applications, including RI Hip and future releases.

Lead market development activities within the region, driving adoption of hip and knee applications and increasing technical utilization of robotic and navigated solutions.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

5 years of Clinical or Sales experience in the medical device industry; previous leadership experience preferred.

Travel Requirements Within designated territory with 2-4 overnights a week; infrequent national travel for events and conferences.

Compensation The anticipated base compensation range is $100,000 - $125,000 USD annually. The actual base pay will be based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base compensation, this position is eligible for sales commission and incentives based on set targets. The commission earned will depend on the candidate’s performance in the role.
