We’re seeking
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
who are ready to make a meaningful impact while being supported every step of the way. Please note: We do not provide training for BCBA certification. Applicants must already hold active BCBA certification. Our training program is designed to support certified BCBAs in excelling within our company.
Base pay range $55.00/hr - $80.00/hr

What You’ll Do
Conduct assessments & create behavior plans
Supervise ABA programs and staff
Support and train caregivers & RBTs
Collaborate with a team of experienced BCBAs
Requirements
Active BCBA certification (required)
Experience supervising RBTs/technicians
Strong clinical and decision-making skills
