We’re looking for a
hands-on financial leader
to join our team as the
first corporate-level finance hire . This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role at the ground level of a fast-growing, acquisition-focused platform. If you love building systems, leading integrations, and creating structure in an entrepreneurial environment — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements across multiple entities
Ensure accuracy and full GAAP compliance across all reporting
Drive variance, trend, and cost analysis to support strategic decision-making
Lead financial integration for new acquisitions — ERP migrations, accounting changes, and consolidated reporting
Support M&A efforts including diligence, opening balance sheets, working capital analysis, asset valuations, and more
Operational Finance
Oversee cash flow management and forecasting across the platform
Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles, delivering clear and insightful variance reporting
Produce and distribute weekly KPI dashboards to operational leaders
Audit, Compliance & Controls
Serve as the primary contact for external auditors and ensure smooth audit execution
Ensure compliance with tax filings, financial disclosures, and government reporting
Oversee ERP usage, optimize reporting workflows, and strengthen internal controls
Leadership & Cross-Entity Support
Provide oversight and mentorship to bookkeepers and entity-level finance staff
Partner with operating companies to standardize processes, implement best practices, and elevate financial operations
Strategic Projects
Lead ad-hoc financial and operational initiatives, especially around M&A and system integrations
Identify cost-saving opportunities and present recommendations to senior management
Build processes, systems, and reporting infrastructure from the ground up
What We’re Looking For
CPA preferred
5+ years of progressive, hands-on finance and accounting experience
Strong background in multi‑entity structures, integrations, and acquisition‑related work
Experience in consolidation environments (roll‑ups, business combinations, field services, project‑based accounting a major plus)
Deep understanding of GAAP and financial analysisProficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems (Sage, NetSuite, etc.)
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment where processes are still being built
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Willingness to travel to operating companies as needed
