A career in our Financial Services Tax practice, within Corporate Tax services, provides opportunity to help clients meet tax obligations while managing the impact tax has on their business. You’ll advise clients on local and overseas tax affairs, act as strategic consultant related to business analysis, manage working capital and profit sharing for partners. You’ll help organisations understand pricing implications of goods and services between related parties and provide advice on tax implications of deals. Our team helps clients navigate the complex national and international tax environment related to stringent capital requirements, operational tax risks, and tax implications of investing in different jurisdictions.

Job seekers must demonstrate all of the minimum requirements are met for CPA licensure per respective state regulations

Desired Qualifications Preferred Certifications:

CPA or commitment to pass CPA exam before being promoted to Manager and thereafter obtain CPA licensure, or Member of the Bar.

Preferred Skills:

Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in tax issues affecting either the domestic or international banking industry and public accounting practices, internal domestic banking tax departments or internal foreign banking.

Automation & Digitization:

Innovating through new and existing technologies, and experimenting with digitization solutions.

Working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools.

Exposure to pricing, client value and the negotiation process – reviewing contracts and finding opportunities to introduce new pricing options.

Salary and Benefits The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $214,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
