Outpatient Neurology APP – Neurosciences Institute – Pineville, NC
Atrium Health seeks a qualified Neurology Advanced Practice Professional (PA/NP) to join our outpatient neurology team and provide hospital follow-up care at Atrium Health Neurology – Pineville, NC. This is a rare opportunity to provide both in clinic and remote care with clinic time split between in office and virtual (50/50). You will collaborate closely with inpatient and outpatient neurology teams to provide hospital follow‑up care for stroke and general neurology patients. Major responsibilities include direct and indirect care for patients in the post‑acute ambulatory setting.
Position Details
Provide general neurology care to patients in the outpatient clinic setting with a focus on stroke and general neurology hospital follow‑ups.
Outpatient setting with roughly 50% virtual/remote work.
Desirable Monday‑Friday schedule with option of 4‑day work week (specific day off would be assigned but would be consistent each week).
Providing care in person and virtually for hospital follow‑up patients with a strong focus on outpatient stroke care, cerebrovascular risk factor reduction, and general neurology hospital follow‑up care.

Ideal Candidate
2+ years of APP experience with prior experience in Neurology strongly preferred.
Advanced level of clinical knowledge and decision‑making skills required.
Must have the ability to perform with a high level of autonomy as 50% of clinic will be virtual.
