We have an opportunity for a BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established Hospital Medicine service at University of Maryland Rehabilitation and Orthopedic Institute in Baltimore, MD.
University of Maryland Rehabilitation & Orthopaedic Institute (UMROI) is the largest provider of inpatient rehabilitation care in the state of Maryland.
Our hospitalist team provides inpatient care within the hospital setting, including admitting patients, performing physical exams, ordering tests, diagnosing, performing hospital rounds and planning for discharge.

Must be BE/BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (open to other areas), with an active Maryland license, BLS, ACLS, DEA and CDS License.

BE/BC in Internal or Family Medicine.
Strong inpatient skill set.
Quality-focused team player.
Experience working with advanced practice providers.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to function effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Active state license, American Heart Association CPR Certification, DEA License, State Controlled Substance Registration, ACLS.
