Overview
GovCIO is currently hiring to support the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) IT Infrastructure Support Services (ITIS) program. Responsibilities
Experience designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions using MS Azure for the Federal space, including US Gov regions. Work on tasks such as deploying and configuring virtual machines, managing storage and databases, PaaS/SaaS offerings, and ensuring the security and scalability of cloud environments. Azure Cloud Engineers also monitor cloud performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure for cost-efficiency and reliability. Additionally, they collaborate with development and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of applications and services on the Azure platform, ensuring that the organization’s cloud infrastructure meets business needs and follows best practices. Qualifications
Required:
5-7 years’ experience. Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field. Relevant Azure certifications. Current ITIL Foundation and/or Practitioner v.4 certifications. Desired:
Current DevSecOps FoundationSM certification from the DevOps Institute. Company Overview
