We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead comprehensive, full-platform Workday deployments covering both Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financials (FINS). This role is critical and requires a strategic thinker with strong consulting background, exceptional leadership skills and deep understanding of Workday solutions and program management strategies.
What You’ll Do
Lead Program Delivery: Oversee end-to-end delivery of Workday implementations, managing scope, timeline, resources, and budget across HCM and Financials workstreams.
Client Engagement: Act as primary point of contact, building relationships and ensuring client satisfaction and alignment.
Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Strong Team Building: Promote trust and collaboration, provide mentorship to foster professional growth.
Cross-functional Leadership: Coordinate consultants across configuration, testing, deployment activities.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Stay current with Workday product updates and industry trends to enhance solution offerings.
Sales Support: Support pre‑sales activities such as RFP responses and sales leads.
Collaborate across Slalom practices and offices to deliver a holistic solution.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of Workday implementation experience, deep expertise in HCM and Financials.
8+ years of program management experience.
Knowledge of Workday modules, deployment best practices, and tools (RACI, RAID, etc.).
Proven experience in a consulting role, ideally with ERP systems.
Collaboration skills with sales, delivery, and product management teams.
Executive presence and communication at executive-level stakeholder relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Workday EM/PM certification required; HCM/Financials certification preferred.
Ability to estimate project scope and timeline accurately.
Willingness to travel as required.

Base salary for a Principal ranges from $122,000 to $225,000, with possible discretionary bonus.
