Position Warehouseman
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate inventory control and organization.
Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials and shipments.
Operate reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other warehouse equipment.
Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
Requirements
Strong warehouse inventory management and receiving skills.
Forklift certified with reach truck and cherry picker experience (non‑negotiable).
Minimum 3 years of verifiable warehouse experience. Leadership experience is a huge plus.
Ambitious, self‑starter with excellent communication and time‑management skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
Capable of physical work – lifting, bending, standing, pushing, and pulling.
Willingness to work Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM‑5:00 PM (time can vary), with occasional late hours and every other Saturday (typically a half day).
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $50,000 – $60,000 annually
Benefits:
Medical, dental, and vision insurance (available the 1st of the month after 30 days; dental/vision 100% employee funded).
