Job Summary As a Wireless Retail Sales Associate you will meet or exceed all personal sales targets in new activations, upgrades, and accessory sales. You will grow the wireless customer base by delivering excellent customer service, ensuring that every traveler leaves better than they arrived.
Key Responsibilities
Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service.
Attain personal sales targets for new activations, upgrades, and accessories each month.
Assist with inventory management controls in collaboration with management.
Participate in sales generation through non‑traditional retail prospecting methods.
Grow and retain the customer base by providing an outstanding shopping experience.
Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of wireless promotions, products and services.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the wireless store location.
Prioritize work according to store and management needs.
Communicate frequently with managers and co‑workers.
Understand and follow TA safety guidelines and all company policies and procedures.
Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
Dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of our team.
One‑year wireless sales experience preferred.
Good verbal communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and some holidays.

Pay Range $16.00 – $18.00 per hour. Pay depends on responsibilities, job duties, requirements and relevant experience and skills.
