Position Summary The Operations Lead serves as a liaison between the GEAE Warehouse Supervisor and the GEA operation, leading inbound, inventory, quality, and/or shipping departments while understanding the roles of Account Coordinators, inbound, outbound, inventory, quality, and kitting leads. The role helps direct, monitor and control all aspects of shipping and receiving, scheduling, inventory management, quality management, and upholds procedures across all warehouse functions. It maintains good relationships and working conditions with all Crescent People and Customers, championing the Crescent Way and ensuring all associates consistently produce acceptable productivity results. The role requires managing and purchasing shipping materials, office supplies, and departmental needs while assuring compliance with OSHA, SDS, ISO, and SQF regulations.

Log non‑conforming parts and address returns.
Inventory Management
Ensure accurate inventory control per account.
Conduct cycle counts, bin audits, and bin maintenance.
Report inventory metrics and action items.

Respond promptly to client requests via phone and email.
Perform bin audits and cycle counts supporting quality research.
Process quality requests and shipping document amendments.
Maintain a strong working relationship with customers.
