Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Mobile Product Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of a mobile‑first white‑label app framework initiative.

This individual will own the product roadmap for developing a reusable, multi‑tenant mobile framework enabling brand‑ and region‑specific configurations, integrating with existing backend through a Backend‑for‑Frontend (BFF) layer built in Java Spring Boot and GraphQL.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical fluency in mobile ecosystems (NativeScript, iOS, Android, BFF architectures) with deep product management experience in building scalable, data‑driven, and AI‑enhanced mobile products.

Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap

Define and drive the end‑to‑end product vision for the Mobile‑First White Label Framework aligned with strategic goals.

Prioritize MVP journeys (Login, Dashboard, Accounts Overview, Holdings, Transactions, Performance, and Documents) ensuring timely delivery and business alignment.

Develop a multi‑phase roadmap balancing innovation (GenAI, analytics, accessibility) with delivery efficiency.

Partner with stakeholders across engineering, UX, architecture, and business teams to translate product goals into clear technical requirements.

Cross‑Functional Leadership & Delivery.

Collaborate closely with the Mobile Architect and Engineering Leads to ensure seamless integration between NativeScript apps, backend services (Java Spring Boot, GraphQL), and CMS systems.

Manage product delivery timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans for multi‑brand and multi‑region releases.

Oversee Figma‑based design implementation and validate UX consistency and mobile‑first best practices.

Lead agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure alignment across teams.

BFF & API Integration Oversight

Partner with backend teams to define requirements for the BFF layer responsible for data aggregation and schema mapping.

Ensure robust integration with existing APIs while maintaining architectural integrity and security (AuthN/AuthZ alignment).

Collaborate with QA and engineering to define API acceptance criteria, test data scenarios, and system validation flows.

Analytics, Accessibility & GenAI Integration

Define the analytics and telemetry strategy across mobile apps (Firebase, Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics, etc.) for event tracking and behavioral insights.

Ensure mobile products comply with accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA) to provide inclusive user experiences.

Partner with architecture and AI teams to identify Generative AI opportunities, such as personalized dashboards, chat interfaces, or smart content recommendations.

Stakeholder Communication & Governance

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, design teams, and technical delivery squads.

Present product progress, metrics, and milestones to leadership and client stakeholders with clarity and precision.

Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including epics, user stories, and release notes.

Required Skills & Qualifications Core Expertise

10–15 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 5 years focused on mobile application ecosystems.

Strong understanding of cross‑platform mobile frameworks (NativeScript, React Native, Flutter) and native development lifecycles (iOS/Android).

Familiarity with backend integration technologies – Java Spring Boot, GraphQL, REST APIs, and BFF architectures.

Experience delivering white‑label or multi‑tenant mobile products with brand‑specific configurations.

Technical Competence

Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, mobile CI/CD pipelines, and mobile app analytics tools.

Comfort working with Figma, CMS systems (e.g., Storyblok, Contentful), and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Exposure to Generative AI (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini) integrations in product workflows or customer experiences.

Strong analytical skills for evaluating data‑driven personalization and automation features.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Proven success leading cross‑functional teams in agile environments.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable product requirements.

Strategic thinker with strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing enterprise‑scale mobile products or financial services applications.

Prior involvement in BFF/API platform product ownership.

Certification in Agile Product Management or Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).

Background in design systems, accessibility frameworks, or AI‑driven product features.

Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
