We're in search of an ambitious and innovative Vice President of Growth Marketing to help our marketing team reach new levels of success. Reporting to the CMO, the Vice President of Growth Marketing is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative marketing initiatives. You will lead the strategy for performance and lifecycle marketing, developing and executing data-driven growth plans. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance marketing, digital strategy, and leveraging customer insights to drive measurable business growth. You will work alongside the Vice President of Brand Marketing and cross-functionally with teams including sales, business development, strategic intelligence, operations, and business leads to ensure growth marketing alignment with company goals and objectives. Design and implement holistic and comprehensive growth marketing strategies from the ground-up that align with Metro’s business objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. Customer Acquisition & Retention:

Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, direct mail, etc.) to attract, convert, and retain customers. Optimize customer journeys and identify opportunities to reduce friction and improve conversion rates. Provide Visionary Leadership:

Shape and innovate Metro’s long-term growth strategy by identifying emerging trends and transforming them into actionable initiatives . Data-Driven Decision Making:

Utilize advanced analytics and market research to identify customer behaviors, market opportunities, and areas for growth. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously track performance against goals. Digital & Performance Marketing:

Drive paid media strategies, including SEM, paid social, programmatic, and affiliate marketing. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics and analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders. Increase ROI through rigorous testing, optimization, and innovation. Establish Learning Agendas:

Leverage data and analytics to create a learning framework that informs campaign effectiveness, identifies key trends, and prioritizes impactful marketing opportunities across the user lifecycle. Customer Insights & Personalization:

Leverage first-party data and external market intelligence to develop targeted, personalized marketing programs that enhance customer experience and increase engagement. Champion Technology Advancements:

Drive the integration of AI and machine learning into growth marketing strategies to deliver tailored messaging and experiences at scale, optimizing the relevance of every touchpoint . Creative Development:

Oversee all aspects of creative development to support growth marketing initiatives. Provide analysis, insights, and recommendations on continuous test and learn opportunities. Brand Management:

Collaborate with the brand marketing team to ensure all growth marketing initiatives enhance the company’s brand image and positioning in the market. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with business leads, strategic intelligence, data science, and customer experience teams to drive integrated marketing strategies. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute campaigns. Leadership & Team Development:

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing growth marketing team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Budget Management:

Manage the growth marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and delivering on financial targets. Skills You Should Have: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. 10-15+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, or similar role with at least 5 years in a proven, senior leadership role. Proven track record of driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth, ideally in financial services or similarly regulated industry. Expert level understanding of full funnel digital marketing channels and lifecycle strategies, data analytics, and marketing technology/automation platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Marketo, Segmint, CRM, etc.). Expert level understanding of digital media planning and best practices. Experience with cash offer, refer a friend, and affiliate acquisition programs. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization.Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies that drive measurable user engagement and revenue. Proficiency in customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and advanced attribution modeling. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders. Results-oriented and adaptable, with the ability to pivot strategies based on real-time insights and market dynamics. Agency experience preferred. Banking/Credit Union industry experience preferred. Our Hybrid Work Agreement: Position is eligible for Hybrid Work Agreement, once an initial 2 weeks (10 days) of Onboarding is completed on-site in Chelsea. Thereafter, three days on-site in Chelsea

Tuesdays and Wednesdays on-site
