Join the manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Engineer at Super Micro Computer Spain, S.L. This role focuses on failure analysis of PCBA products, Engineering Change Order tasks, and product conversion.
Responsibilities
Conduct daily failure analysis of defect PCBA products from the Production Line.
Implement fixes and validate results through appropriate testing.
Prepare detailed reports for the Production Management team for quality reviews.
Collaborate with R&D and QA teams to diagnose root causes and drive quality improvement.
Execute Engineering Change Order (ECO) tasks, product conversion, and modifications to meet production schedules.
Follow ISO guidelines to promote industrial work safety, quality, energy efficiency, and environmental sustainability.
Support management to achieve the company business target.
Qualifications
BS/MS in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
Ability to read and understand Bill of Materials, electronic parts datasheets, and schematic diagrams.
Familiarity with technical tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and diagnostic software.
Holding IPC-A-610 or IPC-7711/7721 is advantageous.
Minimum 2-year work experience in production or industrial settings.
Basic or familiar with Windows and Linux operating systems.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills in English, including both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Willingness to occasionally provide support beyond regular working hours for business needs.
Salary
$73,500 - $100,000 (location dependent; includes a comprehensive benefits package).
