Epic Dorothy Home Care Billing & Claims Application Analyst I, II, III-(Open to

Determination for the Epic Application Analyst (I, II, or III), Dorothy Home Care Billing & Claims roles will be based on experience and qualifications. PIH Health internal applicants or Altera employees (working at PIH Health as of May 2025) must obtain Epic certification in the required application/module within 120 days of hire or transfer into the position. Failure to do so may result in removal from the position; however, the employee will be eligible to apply for other internal openings that match their qualifications. External applicants must have active Epic certification in the required application/module at the time of hire. Proof of current certification will be required. This position primarily focuses on the Epic applications: Dorothy Home Care Billing & Claims. The Epic Application Analyst, Dorothy Billing, will serve as the primary support contact for these applications, guiding workflow design, system build and testing, and analyzing technical issues related to Epic and connected software.
