We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Business Litigation Paralegal
to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience supporting attorneys in complex commercial litigation matters. You’ll play a vital role in managing case files, conducting legal research, and coordinating trial preparation across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities Support attorneys with all phases of business litigation from case inception through resolution or trial. Draft, review, and file legal documents including complaints, answers, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, and pretrial materials. Assist in the coordination and management of discovery, including document collection, review, production, and analysis. Conduct factual and legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and other tools. Prepare case chronologies, deposition summaries, and trial exhibits. Coordinate with clients, experts, court personnel, and opposing counsel. Manage deadlines and court calendars to ensure timely filings and case progression. Organize and maintain physical and electronic case files using document management systems Assist attorneys during trial and arbitration proceedings as needed. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in business or commercial litigation at a law firm or corporate legal department. Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program preferred. Strong knowledge of federal and state litigation rules and procedures. Proficiency with e-filing systems Familiarity with legal research and litigation support tools Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Preferred Skills Experience supporting trial teams in court or arbitration. Knowledge of business law, financial services, or regulatory litigation. Google Suite Compensation range: $25-$32/hr.
